We offer a variety of quality beef, veal and pork cuts with a choice of collection points.
We sell in bulk packs from quarter-sides to full-sides. We also sell smaller packs at farmer’s markets. Our meat can be picked up at the farmer’s markets as a pre order, or we can arrange delivery.
Our beef is the Angus breed that has been grass fed and finished and is two years old. It is succulent and full of flavour.
Our veal is six to twelve months of age and is a delicate pink in colour. It is classified as rose veal and has a milder flavour than the full flavour of the two year old beef. It is very lean and tender.
Our pork is the landrace breed which is a long pig that has large litters of piglets. Our pigs are free ranged and receive a varied diet which includes milk from our dairy, fruit, vegetables, bread and grass. They are free to forage outside, digging up the soil for any vegetation while ingesting vitamins and important minerals from the dirt. This natural diet creates pork that has a very special flavour and is far superior to pork derived from intensive pig farming (from where most of the pork on the market comes).
